01 — Dry ice

Solid carbon dioxide, −109°F

Used for cold-chain shipping, cold capping, food processing and effect fog. Sold sliced, extra small, or by the pallet case.

Pallets are sold by the case only. Dry ice sublimates — it turns straight to gas — so order for the day you need it rather than stockpiling.

Bagged ice for events and service

Standard bagged ice for bars, caterers, supermarkets and parties. One bag is 7 lb; a sleeve of five is 35 lb.
